The scale of the factors' values is from 0-Worst to 1-Best. Based on that assessment we can propose various bets such as Favorites to LAY, Value Race Winners, Horses to PLACE, etc.
In the right section of the table, you can see the bookmaker's odds followed by two assessments based on two different methods of evaluation.
